12cuci Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Betting Platform

1Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the services of 12cuci, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
• You are an individual residing in, or accessing the platform from, a region where online betting is not explicitly prohibited under your local laws.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals under legal guardianship or custodianship are not eligible to register.
• Never been prohibited by 12cuci previously for breach of terms or fraud.

Upon registration, you agree to:

2Deposits & Withdrawals

12cuci supports the following local Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

Regarding withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within an average of 28 seconds for supported payment methods.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit or one registered under your account name.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited.
• For withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 per day, additional identity verification may be required before processing.

3Bonus & Promotions Terms

4Game Rules

• Sports Betting: All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Bets placed on events that have already started without platform authorisation will be voided and refunded.
• Odds: The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are the ones that apply. Any change in odds after a bet has been confirmed will not affect existing bets.
• Match Cancellation: If an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours from its originally scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned to the account.

• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker and multiplayer games, is a serious violation.
• Money Laundering: The 12cuci platform must not be used for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting the bonus system in ways not intended, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Technical Disruptions: Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the platform's technical systems 12cuci in any manner whatsoever.
• Use of Inside Information: Using information not available to the public to gain an unfair advantage in Sports Betting.

6Account Termination & Suspension

Termination by User: You may close your account 12cuci your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible cash balances must be withdrawn. Any unclaimed funds remaining 90 days after a closure request will be considered forfeited.

Termination by 12cuci: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account without prior notice if:
